Qualifications

• Meet Federal and State standards of qualification for commercial drivers as per DOT/FMCSA.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-changing operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify shipment-bills for required information and load freight onto trucks.
• Unload freight from trucks and weigh/check dimensions against shipper's calculations.
• Perform and maintain daily safety checks as it relates to vehicle assigned.
• Perform and maintain daily security checks as it relates to freight being moved.
• Deliver freight to customer location using company vehicles.
• Recover freight from customer location using company vehicles.
• Inspect truck and trailer equipment to ensure road worthiness and report repairs.
• Use RF and/or Computer System for Trailer Inventory Control.
• Interact with warehouse/data center teams to maximize output and efficiency.
