Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Driver for the Kitting C Shift (8PM-6:30AM) based in Lockbourne, OH.

Responsibilities include verifying shipment-bills, loading and unloading freight, and performing daily safety and security checks on assigned vehicles. The role involves delivering and recovering freight to customer locations, interacting with warehouse teams, and maintaining proper documentation for hazardous materials.

Qualifications

• Must pass DOT/FMCSA standards and company safety policies.
• Ability to load/unload freight and operate trucks.
• Comfort with climbing, lifting and repetitive tasks as described in duties.

Responsibilities

• Verify shipment-bills for required information and load freight onto trucks.
• Unload freight and verify dimensions against shipper's calculations.
• Perform daily safety and security checks related to the vehicle and freight.
• Deliver and recover freight to/from customer locations using company vehicles.
• Maintain radio/phone contact and coordinate with warehouse teams to maximize output.
• Follow documentation for hazardous materials and ensure road-worthiness of equipment.
