Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lockbourne, OH seeks a CDL Shuttle Driver to operate a semi-tractor trailer for loading and delivery between the plant and warehouse. You will follow safety, quality, and work instructions while ensuring timely transportation of goods.

The role requires a Class A CDL with Hazmat, a high school diploma (or GED), and at least 2 years of tractor-trailer experience with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years of verified tractor-trailer experience within the past 4 years.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must meet DOT physical requirements and maintain valid medical certificate.
• Must pass road and backing test during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the shuttle vehicle on each trip following laws and policy.
• Record trailer numbers and vehicle positions accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel and supervisors daily.
• Communicate with operations via cell or radio courteously.
• Navigate loading/unloading, place wheel chocks, and ensure safety.
