SP+ seeks a parking attendant in Houston, TX. You will inspect vehicles, assist customers, handle cash, and maintain orderly garage operations while on shift. Responsibilities include interacting with customers, reporting incidents, and supporting the Facility Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination.
• License: Valid state driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• DOT Medical Card: Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) required.
• Availability to Work: Special shift requirements; 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Language Skills: Read/write simple instructions and present information to customers and employees.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic with money.
• Appearance: Maintain neat and clean appearance in uniform.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds as needed.

Aufgaben

• Performing vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness of bus interiors, fueling of buses, logging trip counts and assisting disabled passengers.
• Be at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
• Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and maintain acceptable driving record.
• Direct customers to the Facility Manager when needed and assist with inquiries.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with debris cleanup and communicate issues to garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when necessary.
• Know the garage layout and major local streets and landmarks.
• Assist customers with luggage or travel items; operate shuttle buses if applicable.
• Support the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
