Job summary

SP+ is recruiting for a Parking Attendant in Houston, TX. You will guide customers to parking spaces, manage traffic at entrances, and assist with basic garage maintenance while upholding safety and courtesy. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work varied shifts, and strong customer service skills. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license with current address and good driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a manual transmission is a plus.
• Willingness to work second/third shifts and weekends as needed.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. is required.
• Ability to provide accurate information and respond professionally to customers.
• Basic math, currency handling, and reading/writing English required.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to available parking spaces for a seamless experience.
• Count vehicles on site as needed.
• Issue violation warnings and monitor garage levels.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Be punctual, in uniform, and present at scheduled shifts.
• Manage traffic at entrances and exits when necessary.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment as directed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Notify garage office about debris, spills, or other issues.
• Substitute for Valets when needed with authorization.
• Maintain knowledge of garage layout and major routes to assist customers.
• Support the Facility Manager with additional duties as required.
