Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations while their vehicles are serviced.
• Provide excellent, professional service to every passenger to maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with the service department for pickup and drop-off times and keep records of passenger names and destinations.
• Retrieve parts and tires from the warehouse for the shop as needed.
• Maintain a clean shuttle vehicle and adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies.
