Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Van Driver to provide safe, friendly shuttle transportation for guests to airports, attractions, and venues. You will assist with luggage, maintain shuttle logs, and collaborate with hotel teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a valid driver’s license with a clean record, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous driving, transportation, hospitality, shuttle, valet, guest service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to safely operate hotel shuttle vans and transportation vehicles according to safety standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, friendly, and professional transportation for hotel guests to airports, attractions, offices, and venues.
• Welcome guests and assist with luggage handling and loading/unloading.
• Maintain knowledge of local roads, airports, routes, traffic patterns, and attractions.
• Ensure shuttle vehicles are clean, fueled, and guest-ready; perform routine inspections.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Bell Services, Concierge, Security, and leadership teams for seamless transport.
• Maintain transportation logs and schedules per hotel procedures.
