Description

Join our team as a Shuttle Driver / House Attendant at Hilton Richardson Hotel

Your role goes beyond simply transporting guests. As our Shuttle Driver / House Attendant, you are our guests’ first and last impression while guiding them seamlessly between the airport, their destinations, and our hotel and ensuring their journey is as pleasant as their stay. Your Role:

As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide exceptional service, maintain a pristine vehicle, and be a knowledgeable resource for local information. Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Drive guests to and from the airport and designated locations.
  • Assist guests with luggage and ensure their comfort throughout their journey. Escort guests to rooms as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the shuttle van.
  • Provide information and concierge services, including directions and local recommendations.
  • Adhere to scheduled van runs and accommodating guest needs with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness of motor entrance, lobby, and public spaces. Assist Housekeeping as needed.
  • Deliver messages and packages to meeting rooms or guest rooms.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior driving experience for a hotel or similar setting preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must have valid driver’s license for applicable state and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
