Job summary

Durango Motor Company is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver to enhance guest experience at the dealership in Durango, CO. This role focuses on safe shuttle operations within a five-mile radius and delivering an exceptional guest journey.

The position offers a professional, non-commissioned sales environment with emphasis on teamwork, training, and growth. Pay is $16.00/hour with benefits and flexible work terms described in the listing.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and positive engagement with guests.
• Desire to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Reliable and good with time management.
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
• Driving/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions and a good driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Guest Enthusiasm while greeting and assisting all guests in a professional manner.
• Transporting guests within a five (5) mile radius of the dealership.
• Assist guests with boarding and de-boarding the shuttle service.
• Inform guests of dealership hours of operation and other relevant services.
• Operate all vehicles in a safe and cautious manner while maintaining a punctual route schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttle by checking for and removing all trash and debris from inside the vehicle several times throughout shift; vehicle should be washed on a daily basis.
• Willingness to work outside during all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $16.00/hour
