Job summary

Durango Motor Company is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver to greet guests, transport them within a five-mile radius, and assist with shuttle boarding and de-boarding. You will maintain vehicle cleanliness, follow safety and schedule requirements, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

This role emphasizes a friendly, professional appearance, reliable time management, and the ability to work independently or with a team. A valid license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and positive engagement with guests.
• Desire to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Reliable and good with time management.
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
• Driving/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions and a good driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Guest Enthusiasm while greeting and assisting all guests in a professional manner.
• Transporting guests within a five (5) mile radius of the dealership
• Assist guests with boarding and de-boarding the shuttle service
• Inform guests of dealership hours of operation and other relevant services
• Operate all vehicles in a safe and cautious manner while maintaining a punctual route schedule
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttle by checking for and removing all trash and debris from inside the vehicle several times throughout shift; vehicle should be washed on a daily basis
• Willingness to work outside during all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

Pay: $16.00/hour
