Job summary

Holiday Inn Omaha Downtown - Waterpark is seeking a Part Time Shuttle Driver to support guest transportation, airport transfers, and hotel operations. The role requires a reliable, customer-focused driver with a clean driving record and a valid license.

Weekend/evening shifts are required to meet guest needs and ensure smooth service. The ideal candidate will be a team player, provide friendly guest assistance, and maintain the hotel van and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent driving record (MVR) / Motor Vehicle Report verification.

Responsibilities

• Drive hotel guests to and from the airport and other trips, obeying traffic rules.
• Assist guests with luggage and door/open vehicle entry.
• Answer guest questions about transportation, hotel services, and local events.
• Maintain and report on the hotel van including fuel, oil, cleanliness, and daily logs.

As part of our hospitality team, teamwork is paramount and vital to the overall guest service experience. Weekend and evening availability is a must for this position.

We Will Count on You To:

• Must be flexible and a team player!
• Be welcoming and friendly to guests, proactive, and show attention to detail.
• Driving hotel guests to and from the airport and other assigned trips, obeying all traffic rules and regulations constantly throughout shift to ensure a safe, accident-free trip.
• Assist guests with storage and retrieval of their luggage from the van.
• Open vehicles and hotel doors to assist guests.
• Respond to guest questions, issues, and problems regarding transportation, hotel services, and local events, points of interest, and activities.
• Maintain the hotel van; gas, oil, cleanliness; filing daily van reports and reporting any malfunctions on a daily basis.
• An excellent driving record as verified by Motor Vehicle Report and a valid driver's license is required.
