Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated in Somerville, MA, is hiring a part-time shuttle bus driver for 25 hours per week, 2:15pm–7:15pm, Monday–Friday. You will provide safe, courteous transport to passengers and adhere to routes and schedules with clear communication to dispatch.

Maintain logs, assist passengers with disabilities, and ensure vehicle safety per DOT and company policies. On-site role at 21 Third Avenue, with an emphasis on reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements and a current DOT medical card.
• Experience as a shuttle bus or coach driver is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle bus/coach, transporting passengers safely to designated destinations.
• Follow routes, schedules, and company policies; communicate detours to dispatch.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and passenger counts; report issues promptly.
• Assist passengers with disabilities and ensure safe boarding/alighting.

Safely transports passengers to various destinations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.Adheres to assignments in accordance with scheduled shuttle routes prepared by the Manager, Supervisor, and/or Dispatcher. Reports to the Supervisor of Transportation (or to a designated individual in the Supervisor's absence).Provide safe, courteous, and professional service to passengers while en route to/from destinations. Follow established routes and departure times.
