Bergstrom Automotive is seeking a shuttle driver to safely transport guests to and from the dealership and provide outstanding guest service. The role requires maintaining a clean shuttle, assisting guests with luggage, and coordinating with the service team. Flexible mornings/afternoons and a courteous demeanor are essential.

Pay starts at $13.00–$16.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for growth and available benefits for full-time team members.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time-management abilities to ensure punctuality.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus.
• Ability to effectively use a smartphone for ride-tracking and business related apps.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent guest service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.
• Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle, inside and out.
• Assist guests as needed, including helping with luggage or personal items.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating the vehicle.
