Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication skills; read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and with coworkers.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record for the past 36 months.
• No employee will pose a direct health/safety threat.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance log accordingly.
• Assist with customers' belongings if placed in storage.
• Provide information as requested by guests.
• Maintain safety guidelines on shuttles and drive responsibly.
• Maintain hotel emergency procedures.
• Immediately report all incidents to the manager or supervisor.
• Clean vans accordingly.
• Refuel vans as needed.
• Maintain acceptable volume for onboard music.

Overview

Shuttle Drivers are responsible for providing hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests. The job duties include driving guests to and from the airport safely and efficiently, assisting with customers' belongings such as luggage, baby strollers, suit jackets, and wheelchairs, and providing driving directions and information as needed. Maintain constant radio contact with the Valet and Front Desk to ensure reliable transportation and timely vehicle retrievals from the parking garage. Drivers are responsible for shuttle maintenance, fueling, and ensuring vehicles are roadworthy. Abide by all traffic and airport laws and promptly report incidents to a supervisor. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when required.

Compensation

Compensation Type: Hourly
Minimum: USD $17.00/Hour
Maximum: USD $19.00/Hour

Responsibilities
