Position Overview:

Shuttle Drivers will be responsible for driving guests from Nashville Shores to Opry Mills and Downtown Nashville. Drivers will be expected to deliver outstanding guest service while working and adhere to all operating procedures put in place by Nashville Shores.

Pay Range: $15.00- $15.75

Job Duties:
  • Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor while working and interacting with guests.
  • Adhere to and maintain a safe operation of the vehicle.
  • Clean shuttle after every drop-off and at the end of the day.
  • Ensure that all guests adhere to the rules of Nashville Shores.
  • Know and respond to questions regarding Nashville Shores and the surrounding area.
  • Resolve customer complaints by using good sound judgment or by requesting assistance from a manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information efficiently; and develop alternative solutions when needed.
  • Technical Skills: Be cognizant of surroundings and able to respond immediately to emergency situations by applying first aid knowledge obtained during training.
  • Communication: Greet each and every guest in a warm and inviting manner; complete all supporting documentation in a clear and concise fashion; and be able to read and interpret information quickly.
  • Planning/Organizing: Keep assigned work area clean and orderly at all times; fill downtime with appropriate tasks; and work in an efficient manner.
  • Quality Control: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work; look for ways to improve and promote quality; and be able to monitor own work for quality assurance.
  • Dependability: Follow instructions and respond to management direction; take responsibility for own actions; complete tasks on time or notify supervisor with an alternate plan and timeline; consistently be at work and on time for scheduled shifts; and ensure responsibilities are covered when absent.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
Certificates and Licenses:
  • Must have or obtain an F endorsement or higher on license before employment.
Essential Job Functions:

Work Environment: Will include driving a 12-passenger van in and out of tight spaces, driving in traffic, or heavily populated areas.

Occasionally = Less than 33% of time worked dedicated to the activity.

Frequently = Between 33-66% of time worked dedicated to the activity.

Regularly = More than 66% of the time worked dedicated to the activity.
