Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist guests with luggage and items to their rooms
2. Help change guest rooms, deliver messages, or request taxis
3. Operate hotel van to transport guests
4. Maintain cleanliness of the hotel van
5. Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• At least one year of experience as a bell person
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and drug screening

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to multi-task
• Team player
• Ability to exceed guest expectations

The hiring process may include a phone interview, manager interview(s), drug screening, background check, reference checks, and an employment assessment.
