Job Summary Details:

The Shuttle Driver drives passengers to and from assigned locations, which may include airports, commercial buildings, hospitals, sports arenas, entertainment venues, educational facilities, or warehouses.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Six (6) months of prior experience required
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • This role requires a CDL with a P endorsement
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three (3) years of prior passenger shuttle experience preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Transport, load, and unload passengers at designated locations
  • Ensure safe loading/unloading, including handling specialized equipment for passengers with special needs (wheelchair lifts, tie-downs)
  • Assist passengers with luggage as needed
  • Inspect vehicles regularly for safety and maintenance issues; perform routine cleaning and maintenance
  • Assist patrons at airport locations and parking lots
  • Record vehicle conditions using electronic devices or manual logs
  • Provide excellent customer service, respond courteously, and give directions
  • Maintain and enforce bus evacuation procedures
  • Report incidents or claims immediately
  • Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment and logs
  • Disinfect shuttle after each use
  • Perform pre- and post-inspections to ensure safety and compliance with standards
