Overview

Shuttle Drivers are responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality to all guests. Key duties include:

• Transporting guests to and from the airport safely and efficiently.
• Assisting with guests' belongings such as luggage, strollers, jackets, and wheelchairs.
• Providing directions and information to guests.
• Maintaining constant radio contact with the Valet and Front Desk for coordination.
• Ensuring shuttle maintenance, fueling, and roadworthiness.
• Adhering to traffic and airport laws and reporting incidents immediately.
• Working independently with minimal supervision when needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance logs accurately.
• Assist with storing guests' belongings as needed.
• Provide guest information and assistance.
• Follow safety guidelines and drive responsibly.
• Maintain hotel emergency procedures.
• Report incidents promptly to supervisors.
• Clean and refuel vans regularly.
• Maintain acceptable onboard music volume.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Effective communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record over the past 36 months.
