Job summary

Epic Mountain Express in Silverthorne, CO is hiring shuttle drivers for the winter season. No CDL required; receive extensive training and ongoing support, including tips and strong benefits as part of the CME/Vail Resorts family.

Positions offer both full-time and part-time schedules with competitive wages in a friendly mountain environment and opportunities for career growth through Epic Service training.

Qualifications

• No CDL required; 60 hours of on-road and classroom training provided.
• Must pass a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination
• Must be 21 or older by start date
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs

Responsibilities

• Follow regularly scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to requests from dispatch or management for unscheduled pickups or drop-offs
• Provide excellent customer service, loading and unloading guests’ luggage
• Take care of your shuttle with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fueling and cleaning the vehicle at the end of your shift
• Accurately record and submit all required information
• Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications

Starting Wage:

• $17.50/hour base wage plus cash and credit card tips
• $20.00/hour minimum earnings, plus opportunities to earn much more for great service (drivers average $30+/hour)
• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

Job Requirements

• No CDL required!Epic Mountain Express/CME’s drivers are some of the best drivers on the road, and they are set up for success by providing 60 hours of on the road and classroom training
• Havea Motor Vehicle Record (or list of traffic offenses) that meets company safety standards
• Have a Satisfactory background check
• Be able to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language
• Be able to read, understand and comprehend all Company and regulatory agency forms
• Pass a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination
• Be able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Must be 21 or older by the position start date
