Job summary

Propark Mobility is hiring CDL Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time roles at Hilton Americas Houston, TX. You will drive shuttle buses, greet passengers, assist with loading and unloading, and ensure safe operation while following traffic regulations.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving, a CDL with passenger endorsement (A/B/C), and a DOT medical card. We offer flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

• Communicate with dispatchers and drivers via two-way radio.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for:

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must Haves

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• You can operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
• You can work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
• Energetic, outgoing, and can stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can help resolve customer issues positively and helpfully.

Good To Haves

• Customer service: 2 year+
• Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+
