Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Bell Attendant in Greenville, SC to assist guests with luggage, provide airport shuttle pickups/drop-offs, and assist with check-in/check-out. You will also help with parking, lobby duties, and general guest services.

A valid driver's license and reliable attendance are required. Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining hotel facilities, maintaining lobby cleanliness, and supporting front desk operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Frequent lifting of guest luggage.

Responsibilities

• Perform pick ups and drop-offs at the airport for guests in a timely and friendly manner and inspect vehicles.
• Explain all hotel facilities, their location, hours of operation, and answer questions about these facilities.
• Check luggage for hotel guests for day and overnight.
• Maintain the designated station in the lobby and stay alert to be summoned for fronts.
• Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bell stand, lobby and baggage room; keep lobby door and windows clean when not busy.
• Maintain an open communication line through all shifts using the intershift log.
• Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms.
• Show guests to rooms and assist with luggage as needed.
• May perform duties of a guest room valet as required.
• Assist front desk with key inventory as needed.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
