Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a friendly Bell/Valet attendant to assist guests with luggage, handle airport pickups and drop-offs, and support check-in/check-out processes. You will maintain the bell stand, greet guests, and keep lobby areas tidy while ensuring accurate intershift communication.

Responsibilities include guiding guests to rooms, delivering messages and valet services, and assisting with key inventory when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have an active driver's license and pass motor vehicle background checks.
• Frequent lifting of guest luggage is required.
• Assist guests with luggage, airport transport, and check-in/check-out.
• Maintain the bell stand and lobby areas in a clean, organized state.

Responsibilities

• Perform pick ups and drop-offs at the airport for guests in a timely and friendly manner and inspect vehicles.
• Explain all hotel facilities, their location in the hotel, hours of operation, and answer questions.
• Check luggage for hotel guests both for day and overnight.
• Maintain the designated station in the lobby, standing alert to be easily summoned for fronts.
• Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bell stand, lobby and baggage room.
• Keep lobby door and windows clean when not busy with guests.
• Maintain an open communication line through all shifts by proper use of intershift log.
• Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms.
• Show guests to room assisting them with their luggage, as needed.
• May perform the duties of a guest room valet as required.
• Assist front desk with key inventory as needed.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
