• Pick up and drop off passengers promptly and professionally.
• Operate the shuttle vehicle safely and responsibly at all times.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when necessary.
• Help passengers with luggage, packages, or personal belongings when appropriate.
• Conduct basic vehicle safety inspections before and after each trip.
• Keep the shuttle clean, organized, and in good condition.
