Job summary

Cleveland Management Company is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver to provide customers with a positive service experience by driving them to homes or offices while service is performed on their vehicles.

You will greet customers, assist them in getting in and out of vehicles, maintain trip records, and follow timekeeping rules. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Able to safely drive vehicles.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedure.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired.
• Uses good judgment and safe driving skills at all times.
• Keeps a timely shuttle route and advises customer of time of departure and arrival.
• Assists customers in getting in and out of vehicles.
• Notifies Dispatcher or Service Manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require.
• Follows attendance and punctuality standards with adherence to timekeeping.
