Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a warm, welcoming Shuttle Driver to join our Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring safe, timely transportation and reflecting the brand’s commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous shuttle transportation for guests and staff.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading, answer questions, and reflect brand standards.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety, follow driving policies and safety procedures.

About You

Passionate about hospitality and providing superior guest service; enjoys physical work and has previous similar work experience.

Previous customer or guest service experience, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
