Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a friendly Bell/Doorperson to greet guests, assist with luggage, and help ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. This front-of-house role emphasizes outstanding guest service, helpful communication, and a welcoming demeanor in a luxury hotel setting.

Candidates should be comfortable with physical work, flexible to meet a 24-hour operation, and have prior guest service experience.

Inside Tip: Knowing a thing or two...or three about the history of our property to share with your guests will set you up for success. About you... Passionate about guest service, enjoys physical work and has previous similar work experience. Previous customer or guest service experience, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
