Qualifications

• Previous customer or guest service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with shuttle needs and transport them safely.
• Maintain punctual shuttle service and assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide friendly, professional service reflecting Starwood Hotels standards.
