Resort Lifestyle Communities in Rogers, AR is seeking a part-time bus driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for residents, helping them stay active and independent. You will assist with daily appointments and community outings, ensuring each trip is smooth and enjoyable.

Ideal candidates are at least 25 with a valid driver's license and clean driving record; able to work ~20 hours weekly with flexible availability; possess strong communication skills and local-area knowledge to plan

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week with flexible availability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm in a busy environment.
• Solid knowledge of the local area to plan efficient routes.
• Ability to use navigation tools, including both electronic and paper maps.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependable transportation that helps residents stay active, engaged, and independent.
• Assist residents with mobility needs by safely operating the wheelchair lift and securing wheelchairs.
• Keep rides running on time by managing transportation requests and reducing wait times.
• Maintain a well-kept, safe shuttle bus through routine cleaning and scheduled inspections.
• Support the team during downtime by taking on small maintenance or custodial tasks that keep the community running smoothly.
