The position requires hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and electrical repair; candidates should be adept at troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient with schematics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprints.
• Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot malfunctions, and propose fixes.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery, preferably shredders or heavy-duty equipment.
• Safe operation of maintenance vehicles and equipment.

Aufgaben

• Regularly inspect shredder components for wear and tear; lubricate moving parts and check hydraulics.
• Perform scheduled maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and respond to breakdowns.
• Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic issues; replace worn parts and repair leaks.
• Assist with installation of utilities and equipment; adhere to safety protocols including lockout/tagout.
