Job summary

Valuetainment LLC is seeking an Executive Producer / Showrunner in Fort Lauderdale, FL to lead the PBD Podcast and broader content slate. You will own day-to-day production authority, shaping scripts, schedules, budgets, and edits while partnering with the Director of Studio Operations and marketing to scale the operation and growth.

The role requires senior leadership, editorial instincts, and a track record of managing high-profile talent and platform relationships, ensuring brand alignment

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-show content operations.
• Strong ability to manage scripts, schedules, budgets, and edits.

Responsibilities

• Own editorial vision and brand consistency across flagship and secondary shows.
• Develop show concepts and treatments; push creativity to meet goals.
• Run production calendar to ensure timely weekly live cadence and other shows.
• Establish booking strategy; be single point of contact for principal, guests, sponsors, and platforms.
• Collaborate to scale repeatable systems; reduce day-to-day involvement of the principal.
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop plans and measure effectiveness.
• Create new strategies to grow audience and fan communities across platforms.
