- Manage podcast episodes from concept through publication
- Develop episode rundowns, topics, research and show prep
- Coordinate talent, guests, schedules and recording sessions
- Produce and oversee audio and video recordings
- Edit full‑length video and audio podcast episodes
- Create/edit short‑form clips for YouTube Shorts and social media
- Manage YouTube publishing: uploads, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, chapters and scheduling
- Distribute audio across major podcast platforms
- Manage hosting and RSS distribution
- Maintain show pages, metadata and publishing schedules
- Coordinate sponsor integrations and host‑read requirements
- Manage production calendars and deadlines
- Work with social and marketing teams on promotion
- Monitor YouTube and podcast performance and audience insights
- Help establish production standards and workflows for growth
