Qualifications

• Experience producing broadcast, digital, podcast, or multimedia content.
• Strong storytelling, writing, editing, interviewing, and content development skills.
• Experience creating and managing content across radio, streaming, podcasts, video, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of audience development, digital content strategy, and performance analytics.
• Experience with professional production software and broadcast systems.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, audience-focused content across broadcast, digital, streaming, podcasts, video, and social media.
• Build authentic audience relationships through storytelling, creativity, and consistent brand representation.
• Leverage audience insights, analytics, and trends to optimize content performance and growth.
• Collaborate across Programming, Digital, Promotions, Sales, Marketing, Production, and other internal teams to execute multi-platform initiatives.
• Embrace new technologies, evolving platforms, and changing audience behaviors while maintaining professionalism and compliance.
• Lead daily planning, production, and execution of assigned shows, including editorial planning, rundowns, scripting, scheduling, and workflow.
• Partner with on-air talent and leadership to develop original programming, engagement initiatives, promotions, sponsorships.
• Produce, edit, and distribute high-quality audio, video, podcast, and multimedia content across platforms.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies to grow audience engagement and extend content beyond radio.
• Monitor audience insights and content performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate production schedules, recording sessions, live broadcasts, remote events, and special projects.
• Operate professional broadcast systems with FCC compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
