Job summary

TelevisaUnivision seeks a Show Producer to plan, develop, produce, and execute engaging content across broadcast, digital, streaming, podcasts, and live events. You will work with on-air talent and cross-functional teams to grow audience engagement while upholding brand standards.

You will lead editorial planning, rundowns, scripting, and production workflows, collaborating with programming, digital, promotions, and sales to deliver high‑quality, compliant content across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience producing broadcast, digital, podcast, or multimedia content.
• Strong storytelling, writing, editing, interviewing, and content development skills.
• Experience creating and managing content across radio, streaming, podcasts, video, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of audience development, digital content strategy, and performance analytics.
• Experience with professional production software and broadcast systems, including Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Vox/Pro, Zetta, or comparable technologies.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, audience-focused content across broadcast, digital, streaming, podcasts, video, and social media.
• Build authentic audience relationships through compelling storytelling, creativity, and consistent brand representation.
• Leverage audience insights, analytics, and emerging trends to optimize content performance and audience growth.
• Collaborate across Programming, Digital, Promotions, Sales, Marketing, Production, and other internal teams to execute multi-platform initiatives.
• Lead the daily planning, production, and execution of assigned shows, including editorial planning, rundowns, scripting, scheduling, and production workflow.
