Job summary

MSI is seeking a Showroom Visual Merchandising Manager to lead a team of designers and drive planogram execution across 50+ branch locations. You will balance leadership with hands‑on design, maintaining high standards and aligning with product launches and merchandising initiatives.

You will collaborate with Product, Merchandising, Graphics, Marketing, and branch teams to ensure showrooms remain current, visually impactful, and customer‑focused.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in visual merchandising, interior design, architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years leading a visual merchandising or showroom planning team.
• Experience developing retail layouts and planograms, and coordinating across functions.
• Strong project management with multiple deadlines and budgets.
• Proficient with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of visual merchandising designers across 50+ locations.
• personally create and update showroom planograms for assigned locations.
• Set design standards, review planograms for consistency and quality.
• Prioritize workload, assign projects, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with Product, Merchandising, Graphics, Marketing, and branch teams.
• Drive showroom updates, product launches, and ongoing refreshes.
• Improve planning processes and showroom merchandising standards.
• Analyze performance and sales trends to optimize presentation and customer experience.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and maintain schedule.
