Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, space planning, or showroom design.
• Experience creating/maintaining planograms and merchandising layouts.
• Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred.
• Experience managing product assortments or merchandising databases.
• Familiarity with retail fixture planning or showroom design.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Ability to read architectural drawings/floor plans.
• Strong spatial planning, organization, and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of SketchUp or similar 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Teams).
• Excellent organizational, PM, and time management.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborative across departments.
• Understanding of retail merchandising/showroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple showroom planning and merchandising projects from concept to implementation with documentation and planning files.
• Serve as liaison between National Marketing and branch showrooms, ensuring communication across all phases.
• Develop and maintain showroom planograms and category plans for space efficiency and branding alignment.
• Read, interpret, and modify architectural floor plans to create showroom layouts using SketchUp and design software.
• Coordinate product planning initiatives, including assortment updates and showroom refreshes.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Project Managers, Graphics, and Board Production teams for accuracy and timely execution.
• Prepare specifications, floor plans, planograms, and production files for internal teams and vendors.
• Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Review layouts and deliverables for accuracy and brand compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve layouts, product organization, and processes.
• Support additional showroom planning, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
