Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Visual Merchandising & Sample Coordinator (Temp Only) to work at a dynamic showroom of a top luxe eyewear retailer in New York, NY. The role focuses on presenting products to the highest standard and supporting sales presentations.

You will handle sampling, organize apparel samples, track shipments, and assist the Sales and Product teams. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; up to 18 hours per week with a competitive $30.14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising or showroom coordination is preferred.
• Ability to organize samples and maintain showroom presentation at a high standard.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional demeanor suitable for a customer-facing wholesale setting.
• Must be able to lift and organize apparel samples up to 30 lbs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining an immaculate showroom and sample area, presenting products to a high standard.
• Receiving, unpacking, sorting, steaming, hanging, folding, and organizing apparel samples for sales presentations.
• Tracking samples, preparing shipments, and supporting Sales/Product teams by resetting racks after meetings.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure showroom operations run smoothly during high-volume periods.
• Using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support sample tracking and presentation needs.
