Job summary

Phillip Jeffries in New York seeks a highly organized Showroom Sales Assistant to support the NYC showroom on a temporary, part-time basis for approximately three months. You will assist with client outreach initiatives, sample fulfillment, CRM updates, and daily showroom operations.

This role offers hands-on experience in a luxury interior design environment. You will work 20–25 hours per week, earn $18–$20 per hour, Monday through Friday, and report to the Showroom Manager.

Responsibilities

• Submit sample requests through our Phillip Jeffries website.
• Assemble and prepare direct mailers for showroom clients.
• Print and organize shipping labels for outgoing samples and client mailers.
• Verify client mailing addresses through CRM records and online research to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Update client information within our CRM and document mailer shipment activity.
• Assist with the receipt and organization of returned samples, ensuring inventory remains showroom‑ready.
• Support daily showroom operations and administrative tasks.
• Partner with the Sales Team on projects and initiatives that enhance the client experience.
