Job summary

Regency Management Services is seeking a Retail Visual Display Merchandiser to bring Ashley Furniture showrooms to life. You will create and maintain visually compelling displays that elevate the guest experience and support sales.

We value a strong eye for design, organization, and the ability to execute showroom presentations that inspire customers within a fast-paced environment. Experience in high-end retail and home décor is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, showroom presentation, high-end fashion merchandising, or floor set execution.
• Strong understanding of retail visual standards, merchandising techniques, product presentation, floor sets, and creating engaging customer experiences.
• Passion for interior design, home furnishings, visual merchandising, or fashion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership and team members to create and maintain a consistent 5-Star Guest Experience across all showroom locations.
• Supervise and work alongside Material Handlers to build, assemble, and position furniture and fixtures.
• Execute and maintain corporate visual merchandising standards, policies, and brand guidelines.
• Set showroom displays, execute floor sets, and maintain merchandising displays and planograms.
• Create visually compelling showroom presentations that enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Assist with training new team members on visual merchandising standards and display expectations.
• Support administrative functions and special visual merchandising projects as needed.
