Job summary

A luxury textiles company in Boston seeks a passionate individual for a position managing the fabric and wall coverings sample library. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities include maintaining the sample library, processing client requests, and supporting the sales team as needed. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the onsite fabric and wall coverings sample library.
• Pick and scan out client memo sample requests.
• Properly restock all returned samples.
• Remove samples for discontinued products.
• Provide occasional administrative or sales support to the sales team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

REQUIREMENTS:

• Naturally organized with strong attention to detail

• Meet physical demands of lifting and carrying boxes
• Interest in interior design and/or fashion is a huge plus

HOURS:

• Monday thru Friday, 9am - 5pm
• Weekdays only: no nights, no weekends
