Ultimate Bath Store is seeking a self-driven individual for a Showroom Sales Training program. You will learn the bath and kitchen product lines, shadow experienced staff, and train with manufacturers and online courses.

The role starts in Manchester, NH, with future placement in southern NH or Concord, NH, offering a base salary with quarterly commissions and growth potential. As you demonstrate sales proficiency, you’ll advance to a senior status with a monthly commission plus other

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen and bath industry or strong desire to learn.
• Knowledge of solutions-based selling and closing techniques.
• Strong math and computer/basic internet skills.
• Customer service orientation and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of products/brands and industry trends.
• Learn and practise excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Become proficient with order entry and inventory system.
• Generate sales by meeting with customers including contractors, designers, homeowners.
• Prepare and distribute quotes to homeowners and contractors.
• Learn Specbook software and maintain Specbooks for customers.
• Follow up on quotes until a sale is closed or rejected.
• Collaborate with contractors/builders to keep projects on track.
• Keep customers informed on order status.
• Support store sales goals and product profitability.
