Job summary

The Granite Group seeks a Sink & Spout Showroom Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in Exeter, NH. You will build relationships with contractors, designers, and homeowners while meeting monthly sales and gross profit targets.

This full-time role offers salary plus commission with evenings and weekend hours as needed. You will become proficient with our order system, maintain display pricing, and contribute to in-store promotions and events with the Showroom

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen and bath or lighting industry or eagerness to learn.
• Strong solutions-based selling and closing techniques.
• Comfortable cold calling and pursuing new customers to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors by phone and in person in a friendly, professional manner.
• Meet with and sell to plumbing contractors, general contractors, builders & remodelers, designers, architects, homeowners.
• Be mindful of sales and gross profit goals and products that help achieve them.
• Prepare and distribute quotes and maintain Specbooks for customers.
• Follow up on all quotes until a sales order is closed or rejected.
• Collaborate with contractors to keep projects on time and running smoothly.
• Keep customers informed of order status.
• Develop knowledge of products and industry trends.
