Job summary

The Granite Group seeks a Showroom Sales Associate for the Sink & Spout Showroom in Rochester, NH to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will engage with plumbing contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners, presenting products, quotes, and promotions to close orders.

This full-time role offers salary plus commission, with potential evening and weekend hours, and opportunities to grow product knowledge and customer relationships within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Showroom sales proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors by phone and in person in a friendly, professional manner.
• Sell to Sink & Spout customers: contractors, designers, homeowners.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals; monitor product displays and pricing.
• Proficient in the order entry and inventory system (CSD).
• Prepare and distribute quotes; follow up to close orders.
• Develop knowledge of products and industry trends; participate in promotions.
• Collaborate with the Showroom Director and Marketing on events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean store environment.
