Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an exceptional guest experience by following the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model. The role drives sales through SPH and KPI achievement while maintaining showroom merchandising and organization for an inviting environment.

Eligibility includes a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of retail experience; Microsoft Office skills are required. The position offers benefits and overtime where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience in direct customer interaction preferred.
• Equivalent education and experience considered.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH and KPIs while delivering high guest satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales performance expectations including SPH and KPIs.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans using sales reports.
• Promote a positive guest-focused store culture supporting revenue and brand standards.
• Execute style directives, oversee merchandising and labeling on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation per company guidelines.
• Utilize company systems and adhere to established processes and procedures.
• Perform additional duties to support store operations and guest experience.
