Living Spaces is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to deliver an exceptional guest experience in Irvine. The role focuses on hitting SPH targets and KPIs while ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining showroom merchandising standards.

You will assist with furniture assembly and inventory control, using company systems to support store operations. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of retail experience in a direct customer environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH and KPIs while achieving high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans using company tools.
• Promote a positive guest-focused store culture that supports revenue objectives and brand standards.
• Execute style guide directives, oversee merchandising and labeling, and complete Sales Merchandising Fundamentals on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation per company guidelines.
• Utilize company systems and processes effectively; perform additional duties to support store operations.
