Job summary

Automotive Keys Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in New York to deliver excellent customer service, process orders, and maintain a welcoming showroom. You will assist walk-in customers, handle pick-up orders, upsell products, and support the sales team.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with pay of $19–$20 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements include a High School diploma, 1 year in retail or sales, basic math, and experience with cash

Qualifications

The Retail Sales Associate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the showroom. The primary responsibilities include processing pick-up and walk-in orders, maintaining a clean and organized showroom, assisting customers with inquiries, making follow-up calls for pending orders, and managing the cash register.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom at all times.
• Monitor product displays and ensure that all items are properly stocked and labeled.
• Manage daily cash register operations, including processing payments.
• Maintain an accurate daily log of all transactions, ensuring the register balances at the end of the day.
• Assist with data entry tasks related to sales, customer orders, and inventory management.
• Support the sales team with any administrative tasks as needed.

Education and Experience Required

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a sales environment
• Basic math skills and ability to manage cash transactions.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including data entry.
