Metro Electric Supply and Metro Lighting in Missouri is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for the showroom. You will help customers, quote prices, process orders, and keep the showroom neat while learning our product catalog and promotions.

We train staff and offer incentive-eligible compensation starting at $18 per hour, with weekends and at least one evening per week. High school or equivalent preferred; customer service vibe is key.

We assist customers in an unlimited capacity including remodels, whole house lighting, custom lighting design, retail, and corporate layouts; you name it, we do it! We train all of our employees and get them ALA (American Lighting Association) certified, have multiple training events each year to ensure we stay on top of what is new, fresh and current in the industry; all while sticking to our motto of delivering Ultimate Customer Service to every individual who chooses to interact with Metro Lighting.

Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.

Work Shift and Hours: This is a full-time hourly, retail sales position. Shifts vary week to week and include weekends and one possible evening a week (7PM). We strive to have at least one full weekend off each month.
