Job summary

Purple is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager in Utah. You will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and help the store hit performance goals while coaching team members and upholding brand standards.

You’ll lead by example, assist in opening/closing, and take on supervisory duties as needed. This full-time role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with a compensation of $23.50 per hour plus monthly commissions per policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a retail environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
