Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working in a retail environment, supervisory role.
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Customer service-oriented attitude and ability to stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales & KPIs through strategic selling and operational decisions.
• Coach and develop showroom team; lead by example in customer interactions.
