Tonal is seeking a Showroom Sales Supervisor for our Natick retail store. You will report to the Natick Showroom Leader and play a key role in delivering Tonal’s renowned client experience.

Ideal candidates bring a background in sales, knowledge of the local market, and a passion for fitness. You will lead a team, oversee events, and ensure operational excellence, including a strong focus on client service and sales results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Knowledge of the Natick market and community.
• Professional, enthusiastic, client-focused.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be available nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Tonal products, technology and brand.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Model and coach exceptional client service and in-store experiences.
• Lead recruiting, training, and events as assigned by the Showroom Leader.
• Use Salesforce to manage client information and drive business.
• Reach out to clients via phone or email for updates and offers.
