Job summary

Tonal is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead the UTC showroom, driving daily operations and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will manage scheduling, budget, merchandising, and staffing while guiding the team to achieve sales targets and cultivate client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail or fitness sales leadership, strong communication skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales management experience in retail, fitness, service, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open to working a standard retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep knowledge of Tonal’s product and Brand image.
• Lead all store operations including scheduling, budget, merchandising, and stocking.
• Drive store profitability by achieving sales targets and managing labor hours.
• Hold the team accountable for follow-ups with in-store leads and CRM updates.
• Train and develop team members to promote growth and development.
• Proactively recruit and onboard qualified candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Create in-store events and partnerships to grow brand presence in the community.
